Cancellation and Refund
Thank you for shopping with us! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we request you to review our policy on Cancellation and Refunds.
Order Cancellation
After placing the order on the website, Wesprout will be unable to cancel the order.
Complaints and Grievances
In case if you have any product or post-delivery complaints/grievances, please ensure to notify us within 15 days of having received the order. We would ensure to take the necessary actions.
If the products received are physically damaged, or defected, or you’ve received a different product, request you to send out an email to mail@wesprout.in
Delivery Status
For any delivery related issue, request you to please notify us within 7 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.
We would ensure to take the necessary actions.
Refunds and Returns
Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 14 working days from the day of delivery. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If you’ve purchased using COD option, you need to send an email to mail@wesprout.in with the necessary bank details.
