Shipping and Delivery

We ship your orders within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to Courier Company/post office norms. In case we foresee a delay beyond the indicated delivery timeline, we will keep you informed. The orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Wesprout is not liable for delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

The delivery partner will confirm your order on your registered email address or phone number.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
